Stay Afloat

from $150.00

15% of each purchase will be donated to the Heart Centre for Children at Westmead Children’s Hospital.

Life has been a bit challenging the last few years, for all of us. I wanted to paint something that expresses how life’s challenges can seem relentless, and can leave a person feeling deflated. But that despite these challenges, trying to see the silver lining, appreciating the small things and doing what you love, will keep you afloat.

This painting was a finalist in the frankie Magazine Good Stuff Awards 2022 and the TACIT Still Life Prize 2022.

Limited Edition Print Run of 30, each print will be numbered and embossed with my signature.

Two size options are available. All items in AUS dollars.

Here are the technical details (with translation afterwards!)

All of my artworks are scanned on a large format flatbed scanner using the most advanced scanning technology available in Australia. This exceptional scanner captures artworks at over 800 megapixels, achieving a level of depth never before seen in a digitised file. After scanning, the files are compared with the original artwork and necessary changes are made to ensure an exact reproduction.

Translation… the technique used to capture the painting is the closest to the original you will possibly get – in detail AND in colour.

More technical details (and more translating!)

Fine art reproductions are available on 310gsm Canson Photographique Photo RAG (acid free premium grade cotton rag paper) with archival pigment ink including a high performance liquid laminate UV protective coating.

Translation… this is beautiful paper and the inks used to print on it are awesome!

Why the Heart Centre for Children at Westmead Children’s Hospital?

The angels at the Heart Centre saved my sons life a few times - I am forever grateful to them and want to help them as much as I can to continue their life saving work.
